About the Link Extractor
The Link Extractor fetches a page and lists every link it contains — classified as internal, external, anchor, mailto or tel — with anchor text and rel attributes. Summary cards show the internal/external ratio and how many links are nofollow, sponsored or UGC.
Great for quick audits: find orphaned anchor texts like "click here", spot unintended nofollow on your own navigation, and export competitor link structures. Verify important outbound targets with the HTTP Status Checker to catch broken links.
Internal links point to pages on the same domain and distribute authority through your own site. External (outbound) links point to other domains. A healthy page has a clear internal structure plus a few relevant, trustworthy external references.
Google no longer enforces the old "100 links" rule, but hundreds of links dilute the value each one passes and can look spammy. Keep navigation lean and make in-content links deliberate.
rel="nofollow", "sponsored" or "ugc" tell search engines not to pass ranking signals. CMSs and comment systems often add these automatically — this extractor shows exactly which links carry which attributes.
