About the NS Record Lookup
The NS Record Lookup lists the authoritative name servers of a domain — the answer to "who controls this domain's DNS?". Useful when verifying a DNS migration or checking where a competitor hosts their zone. For the full record set, use the DNS Lookup.
The servers that hold the official DNS zone for a domain — every DNS answer for the domain ultimately comes from them.
Redundancy: if one name server is down, the others keep the domain resolvable. Registries generally require a minimum of two.
NS changes propagate via the parent zone and caches; plan for up to 24–48 hours, though most resolvers update much sooner.
