About the Emoji Remover
The Emoji Remover strips every emoji from your text — including modifier sequences like skin tones, flags and 👨👩👧 family combinations built with zero-width joiners — leaving clean plain text for databases, subject lines or systems that choke on 4-byte characters.
Emoji live outside the Basic Multilingual Plane and need 4 bytes in UTF-8; legacy MySQL utf8 columns (3 bytes max) and some APIs reject or mangle them.
